Permitted use
Editorial, journalistic, academic, and factual references to OSINT@Home™ or OSINT INTELLIGENCE™ that accurately describe the project, its operator, or its publications are permitted when made in good faith and without implying endorsement or affiliation.
Prohibited use
- Use of the marks in a manner that creates confusion about the source or sponsorship of products, services or communications.
- Use of the marks as part of a domain name, product name, or company name without written authorization.
- Modification of the marks in a way that misrepresents the project or its operator.
- Use in connection with services that disparage or misrepresent Terra Stake S.R.L. or the OSINT@Home™ initiative.
Ownership
All rights in the marks remain with Terra Stake S.R.L. Use of the marks does not transfer any ownership or licence rights.
